The Supreme Court dismissed Appellant’s appeal from an order denying his pro se petition for writ of error coram nobis, holding that the the Court lacked jurisdiction to consider the appeal.Appellant lodged his appeal from a January 25, 2018 order denying his pro se petition fro writ of error coram nobis on February 28, 2018. In accordance with Ark. R. App. P.-Crim. 17, Appellant was required to file the notice of appeal no later than February 26, 2018. The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal for lack of jurisdiction, holding that the notice of appeal was not timely filed and that no exception to the filing deadline for a notice of appeal was applicable.
