Mosley v. State

by
The Supreme Court dismissed Petitioner’s pro se petition to reinvest jurisdiction in the trial court to consider a petition for writ of error coram nobis in his criminal case, holding that the petition was without merit, and Petitioner failed to act with due diligence in bringing the petition. The Supreme Court also denied Petitioner’s motion to file a “noncompliant brief/response” and for extension of time in which Petitioner requested to file a response to the State’s response to his coram nobis petition, holding that there was no provision in the prevailing rules of procedure to file a response to a response and Petitioner did no state good cause to file a response to a response.
